Police in Monkey Bay are keeping in custody a 21-year-old woman, Regina Justine, for allegedly lacerating her client’s private parts.
Sergeant Alice Sichali, Public Relations Officer for Monkey Bay Police Station, has confirmed the arrest of 21-year-old Regina Justine.Sergeant Sichali has told us that the incident occurred on 1st December 2025 at around 17:00 hours at Devil Street within Monkey Bay Trading Centre.She said that according to the report, the accused and the victim were in an intimate relationship. On the said day, the victim got drunk and became incapable of performing sexually.
The accused, reportedly displeased with his level of drunkenness and feeling neglected, allegedly took a razor blade and intentionally cut the victim’s manhood while he was asleep.
The matter was reported to Monkey Bay Police Station, where the victim was issued with a medical report and referred to Monkey Bay Community Hospital, where he is currently admitted. Meanwhile, Regina is in police custody pending court appearance to answer a charge of acts intended to cause grievously harm.
She comes from Kampepuza Village, Traditional Authority Kwataine, in Ntcheu District.
